Jim Spinner

Jim Spinner is the Chief Operating Officer of York Solutions, where he leads the company’s operations with a focus on business development, client engagement, and delivery excellence. Since joining York in 2000, Jim has been instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint, scaling its service capabilities, and ensuring that clients and consultants alike receive the highest level of support.

Over his career at York, Jim has held key leadership positions that shaped the company’s growth, including overseeing consulting services, sales, and recruiting. Today, as COO, he is responsible for aligning operational strategy with York’s mission of delivering innovative IT solutions while building trusted, long-term relationships.

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Southwest Missouri State University and is based in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence, he continues to drive York Solutions’ reputation as a trusted partner in the IT consulting space.
