Donna Ebeling

Donna Ebeling joined York Solutions in 2015 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2017. As CFO and a member of the executive leadership team, she provides strategic financial leadership and direction and is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy, providing oversight across accounting, financial planning, forecasting, and risk management. She is recognized for her ability to balance fiscal discipline with innovative problem-solving, enabling York Solutions to deliver sustainable value to clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Donna holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Saint Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Prior to York Solutions, she spent more than 25 years in public accounting, where she developed deep expertise in financial planning, compliance, and advisory services. Her extensive background in both corporate finance and public accounting uniquely equips her to navigate complex challenges while driving operational excellence and financial integrity.
