Our Mission/Vision
The York Solutions Charitable Foundation (YSCF) is committed to supporting access to education, training, and professional development in technology for underserved individuals. Our goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of those in the communities we serve by supporting causes that align with our mission. For over 12 years, we’ve proudly partnered with Genesys Works to help expand opportunities for high school students. Through fundraising and initiatives led by York Solutions and our Think IT community, we continue to back organizations that create meaningful pathways to success.

Years Making a Difference
Since 2013, York Solutions Charitable Foundation has been supporting Genesys Works through Think IT Scholarships and our Annual Think IT Charity Golf Event.
Link to Leadership
The Link to Leadership program is an invite-only initiative designed for technology professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers. This six-course series, offered twice a year, is led by senior members of Think IT and culminates in a Think IT Link to Leadership Certificate upon successful completion. All proceeds from Link to Leadership go towards our Think IT Scholarship Fund. From the Link to Leadership Program, we have raised $493,000 for Genesys Works students.
Think IT Charity Golf Invitational
York Solutions is proud to host the annual Think IT Charity Golf Invitational, which we have proudly held for the past 12 years. This special event brings together our partners, clients, and community for a day of connection and friendly competition on the course. Through the generosity of our sponsors and participants, we have raised over $1.3 million for Genesys Works, helping to provide meaningful opportunities and career pathways for underserved students.
