No, you just need the ability to follow directions and learn new information. All that’s required is interest and a willingness to challenge yourself.
Is there a cost to attend this program?
No, it’s a paid training program. You’re hired by York Solutions on your first day of training.

Will I need to be in person for the training?
No, all training is currently held virtually until further notice.
What is the commitment level needed from me to be successful?
The program will be challenging and require hard work, but York Solutions supports you during and after training—you won’t be going it alone.
How long is the training program?
The duration varies but is generally 8 to 12 weeks of full-time paid training.
Can I work while attending the training program?
It depends on your personal situation. The training is full-time, may include outside-of-class assignments, and daily start/end times can vary.
What happens after graduation?
Upon graduation, you will be placed in an entry-level technical role with one of York Solutions’ clients.
What if I don’t have a computer?
No worries! You can conduct your assessment at the York office. If accepted, York Solutions will issue equipment for you to use during training.
